Warranty exclusions
• This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper care, normal wear and tear, from acts of vandalism,
accident, excessive strain, or negligence.
• The discolored surfaces or failures due to misuse are not covered by Warranty.
• If the equipment is exposed to unpredictable environmental conditions such as exceptional weather conditions or natural
disasters.
• For minor wood-related issues, such as cracks (that do not compromise structural integrity or safety), knots penetration.
Wood is a natural material that expands and contracts over time. Painted softwood is also prone to these minor, naturally
occurring issues.
Natural Wood items
Please note that all natural wooden components of our playgrounds, except those explicitly described above, are not
covered under this Warranty. Wood is a natural material, and as such, it is subject to natural behaviors such as twisting,
cracking, splintering, and other changes in appearance or structure due to varying environmental conditions, including
dryness and moisture. These changes are part of the uncontrollable nature of wood and do not affect the integrity or
safety of the structure. Therefore, such occurrences are not considered defects and are excluded from coverage under this
Warranty.
Special conditions for installations near water
• The environment near a saltwater coast can be extremely corrosive. Some corrosion and/or deterioration is considered
"normal wear" in this environment.
• The Warranty period related to defects due by corrosion will be reduced by half for all installations less than 400m of the
shoreline. The WISDOM Lifetime Warranty, if applicable, is limited to 10 years for these products.
Equipment installed in direct contact with salt or chlorinated water are not covered by the WISDOM Warranty for any
defects caused by corrosion.
Products & services supplied by third-party
• The Wisdom Warranty will not be applied on products and/or installation services supplied by third-party. The valid
Warranty will be the one carried out by the third-party
Warranty Claims Procedure
• All claims must be sent to Wisdom using this email address sales@wisdomplaygroundsint.com within 2 weeks from the
day the equipment defect is observed.
• The buyer must present the original invoice along with the claim statement. In addition, the buyer must illustrate the claim
with pictures, and upon request, provide WISDOM with a copy of the documentation certifying the implementation of
inspection and maintenance procedures.
• Defective or non-compliant parts must be returned to Wisdom upon request.
• If equipment prove to be defective within the Warranty periods, Wisdom will repair or replace, within a reasonable time and
at its sole discretion, the defective items by providing repaired or replacement items free of charge. Wisdom will not cover
the labor costs related to the removal of defective items and/or the installation of the new items. In case the replacement
is urgent and cannot wait for the next delivery to the buyer, the express freight costs are covered by the partner / buyer
except if Wisdom agrees to cover a part or the entire amount of the delivery. Wisdom's prior agreement must be confirmed
before shipping
• Partners / Buyers agree venue for any action, disputes, claims or controversies shall be conducted at a location decided by
Wisdom.
