Limited Warranty

Wisdom Playgrounds International GmbH warrants its products against structural failure due to defects in materials and
workmanship for the Warranty periods and material categories prescribed below :

WISDOM’S EQUIPMENT ARE COVERED FOR A MINIMUM PERIOD OF 2 YEARS STARTING FROM THE INVOICE
DATE.
Additional Warranty periods are also available and described here below :

Lifetime Warranty:

• Defect due to material or manufacturing on structural steel & stainless-steel parts
*Lifetime means the period from the first installation until the moment when the playgrounds or/and freestanding units are
dismantled

15 years Warranty: 10 years Warranty:

• Robinia wood items against severe rot. • Pinewood items against severe rot.
• High-pressure laminate panels ( HPL ) • Pre-galvanized steel posts with painted top layer
• High density polyethelene (HDPE) panels. • Painted surface on galvanized or aluminum metal components
• Aluminum parts • Stainless steel slides
• Highly dynamic steel play structures • Structural failure of LLDPE parts as slides, climber, …
• Solid plastic items
• Transparent PC (polycarbonate) items
• Wood-plastic composite decks (WPC)

5 years Warranty: 2 years Warranty:

• Rope & net constructions • Moveable plastic & metal parts
• Graphic print on transparent Polycarbonate panels • Sunshades structure
• Springs used for the spring riders & seesaws • Painted softwood parts with important coating degradation.
• And all other items not listed here aboved

Warranty coverage:

The Warranty period starts from the date of purchase by the first customer. This Warranty covers only defects in raw
materials, manufacturing errors and structural integrity failures generated by defects in design, materials or manufacturing.
WISDOM’s responsibility under this Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products without charge
except the delivery charges. In case the replacement is urgent and cannot wait for the next delivery to the buyer, the
express freight costs are covered by the partner / buyer except if Wisdom agrees to cover a part or the entire amount of
the delivery. Wisdom's prior agreement must be confirmed before shipping.

Professional installation & maintenance are requested
The Warranty only applies if Wisdom’s products have been installed according to the instructions provided by Wisdom and
maintained properly according to the maintenance manual. Any lack of installation and / or maintenance may result in the
manufacturer's Warranty not being applied.
